Q: What is the best way to use the sharpener

A:  While this is not strictly necessary, it is recommended to sharpen your blade once a day before shaving. Complete directions are included in the packaging and elsewhere on this site.

Q: How do I get the best results with the Xtenda-blade razor blade sharpener?

A: We believe the very best results can be obtained by using the "reduction shaving technique". Check out this demonstration.

Q: How do I care for my sharpener?

A: Keep it as dry as possible - do not leave in water. Though it's water resistant, your Xtenda-Blade sharpener will last longer out of water.

Q: How long should I expect my sharpened blade to keep its edge?

A: This depends on several factors: the type of beard you have, the quality of the original blade, how often you shave, etc. Up to 5 times normal use, or even more, is what we are hearing from our customers.

Q: Can I return it for a refund if I don’t like this product? 

A: Absolutely. If you are not 100% satisfied with your Xtenda-Blade sharpener, by all means return it for a full, courteous and prompt refund. We honour this policy for up to 90 days from the date of purchase.
